All pizza orders must be placed in advance, please return your completed form with payment
by Tuesday, January 12th. We cannot guarantee that there
will be any “extra” pizza, so please plan ahead. Pizza will be provided
by Mr. Pizza. You can order a whole pizza or by the slice.
1 Slice is $1.50
14” Large Pizza (8 slices) is $10
Beverages and cookies will be available for purchase that night.
Order forms with payment should be returned to your teacher or Amy in the office by Tuesday,
the 12th.
