Final 2018 Auction Update
And that’s a wrap! It was a RECORD-SETTING YEAR (by a lot!!) and we couldn’t have done it without you! The Classroom Baskets raised $6,352 and Cash for A Cause during the Live Auction raised ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS in mere minutes! Not typos! It was an awe-inspiring year that will create countless opportunities for our students and staff!
If you are wondering where all this money goes – keep an eye out for updates on Special Projects in early 2019. Students, staff and parents are welcomed to suggest items/programs that they’d like to see at Lincoln K-8 by submitting a proposal at that time. All proposals are voted on at the Special Projects Meeting – it’s a fantastic way to have a direct impact on your child’s educational experience! Stay tuned for more information on those dates.
The Auction Committee would like to thank the many volunteers that made this day such a success. Our team grew considerably this year and we would love to add anyone else interested! The bigger the crew of volunteers, the more successful our auctions will be! We will be holding a wrap up meeting this month that will also begin our prep for next year’s event!
